My Story

Life didn’t always feel calm or balanced for me. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced the weight of mental chaos—overthinking, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to perform. I know firsthand how easy it is to feel stuck in the race to meet expectations while losing touch with the present moment.

My journey of transformation began with mindfulness. Learning to quiet my mind and live in the here and now changed everything for me. It allowed me to overcome emotional overwhelm, rediscover my authentic self, and approach life with clarity, focus, and intention.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience the same transformation. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a calm, meaningful, and fulfilling life, and I’m here to help you unlock that potential.

I was born in South Africa and now call Toronto home. My experiences navigating cultural intersections and personal challenges have deepened my empathy and understanding of the human experience. Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about mindfulness, personal development, and connecting with nature.
