Your first session is primarily about understanding your needs and concerns. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals for therapy, how we can work together to achieve them, and begin our journey.

Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. However, this can be adjusted according to your needs and the specifics of our therapeutic plan.

The frequency of sessions depends on your unique circumstances and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need less frequent meetings. We'll determine the right frequency for you together.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What we discuss in sessions will remain private, with the exception of certain legal and ethical obligations to report, which we'll discuss in our first session.

I do not bill insurance directly. I take payment directly through my booking system, Jane, using a credit/debit card. You will receive a receipt via email which you can submit to your insurance if you have coverage. We'll discuss all costs and payment options during our initial consultation to ensure clarity and transparency.

Yes, I offer teletherapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
